Terms of Service for Aether AI

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using Aether, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Aether operates a premium AI assistant platform specializing in conversational intelligence, coding assistance, and image generation. The platform leverages advanced third-party AI service providers to fulfill user requests and operations.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

You agree to use Aether only for lawful purposes.

You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to generate, prompt, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

While you retain rights to the original prompts you provide, outputs generated by Aether are subject to the terms of our underlying AI providers. Aether retains all proprietary rights, title, and interest in the platform itself, including its interfaces, branding, code, and design architecture.

5. Third-Party Infrastructure and Services

Aether integrates with robust third-party hosting providers, database infrastructures, and AI generation APIs to deliver our service. We are not liable for periods of downtime, latency, or service interruptions caused by these underlying third-party service providers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aether is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of the service. Due to the nature of machine learning, AI-generated content can occasionally be unpredictable or inaccurate, and should be independently verified for critical use cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aether and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of data or profits—arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Aether at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct detrimental to the platform or other users.

9. Contact Information
